OK, so this tutorial would have to do with making custom stages on your computer.
You all know the custom stage builder in brawl right?
Well someone made a version to do the same things (And more) on your computer!
You can enjoy the easier interface and some new abilities (Walkoff edges, etc) with this cool program.
